Staff Accountant
As a Staff Accountant, you will be exposed to a variety of areas in accounting and taxation. Under mentorship by our seasoned experts, you will learn tax structures and tax accounting methods, how to perform tax research, and prepare tax returns for individuals, partnerships, trusts and corporations.
Minimum Requirements:
- Analytical skills;
- Strong knowledge of accounting;
- Detail orientation with impressive accuracy;
- Strong communication skills: English language proficient with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documentation and to write routine business correspondence.
- A passion for learning;
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
- 1 to 3 years of general accounting experience, to include balance sheet account reconciliations and preparation of adjusting journal entries.

Tax Senior or Tax Supervisor
In this position, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of tax return preparation, tax planning, and other services provided to clients. Expert communication skills are a must.
Job Duties:
- Prepare and supervise the preparation of complex individual, trust, partnership, S corporation, and C corporation tax returns including multi-state tax returns.
- Prepare periodic income tax projections for business and individual clients.
- Interpret, analyze, and reconcile business transactions.
- Analyze financial statements and ask appropriate questions for unusual items.
- Recommend corrections to client books and records, when needed, in order to ensure that the business activities and transactions are accurately reflected.
- Train and mentor associates on assigned projects.
- Review work completed by assigned staff and make necessary recommendations regarding technical accuracy and compliance with firm policies.
- Develop and edit correspondence, memoranda, and other client deliverables as needed.
- Research and consult with senior management on various client-related tax matters.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related field (must have included courses in advanced accounting and taxation).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of income tax preparation experience.
- Strong accounting skills to include account reconciliations and adjusting journal entries.
- Active CPA or EA license.
- Passion for learning.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, interpersonal, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior supervisory experience.
- English language proficient with the ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documentation and to write routine business correspondence.
